Returns were easy for me, just make sure it's not a custom piece, those are usually final sale everywhere. For regular items, it was straightforward.

Yeah, if it's not custom, should be fine. I returned a chain once, just followed their instructions. Custom items though, you're pretty much stuck with those.

Custom stuff takes a minute, they gotta make it and all. I'd budget at least a few weeks, maybe even a month just to be safe. Mine took like 3 and a half.

Yeah, not super fast. I'd say plan for 2-4 weeks for custom items to ship out, then add regular shipping time on top of that. They don't rush those.

Nah, they're real. Had my engagement ring appraised after I got it from them, and it was all good. Natural diamonds, not lab grown if that's what you're wondering.

They sell both pre-owned and new luxury watches, it'll say on the listing. And yes, a signature is definitely required for delivery, especially for high-value stuff like that.
